Every MRD order is professionally packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse, ensuring your tools arrive quickly, securely and ready to perform.
Fast UK Delivery
We aim to get your order into your hands as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Most UK orders arrive within 1–2 working days.
Delivery Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery service.
Standard Delivery

Express Delivery
- Estimated delivery: Next working day
- Signature required on delivery
- Recommended for higher-value orders
Please note that deliveries are made on working days only. Weekend and bank holiday deliveries are not available.
Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE Standard UK delivery on orders over £150.
For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout before payment.
Tracking Your Order
Every MRD order is sent using a fully tracked delivery service.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Northern Ireland
We currently deliver throughout the UK, including Northern Ireland.
Unfortunately, we are not yet shipping to the Republic of Ireland, but we're working hard to launch this service soon.
International Shipping
MRD Pro UK currently supplies customers within the United Kingdom only.
If you're based outside the UK, please contact your local MRD Pro distributor for availability in your country.
Pre-Orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be dispatched once all products are available unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Any estimated dispatch dates shown for pre-order products are provided as guidance and may occasionally change due to manufacturing or shipping schedules.
Damaged Deliveries
We take great care when packing every order, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.
To help us investigate quickly, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- Your tracking number
- Photos of the parcel before opening
- Photos of the packaging and contents after opening
- A brief description of the issue
This information helps us resolve any courier claims as quickly as possible.
Delayed or Lost Deliveries
Most orders arrive within the expected delivery window.
If your order hasn't arrived after the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Delivery investigations are carried out in accordance with the relevant courier's policies and procedures.

Yes. Every order is fully tracked, and you'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes. Our Express Delivery service is available at checkout for eligible UK mainland orders.
Should I choose Signed Delivery?
We recommend selecting Express Delivery for higher-value orders which requires a signature to ensure your parcel is delivered securely to the correct recipient.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes.
Do you deliver to the Republic of Ireland?
Not at launch. We hope to offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland soon.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. Please contact your local MRD Pro distributor for availability in your country.

Orders containing pre-order products are normally dispatched together once all items are available unless stated otherwise.
My parcel arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, tracking number and photographs of the parcel and contents so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
